After 37-Year Career North Branford Librarian Donna Weidenmann Retires
Atwater Library's Children's Librarian since 2007, she began her career at Edward Smith Library in 1987. April 11 is her last day.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT —Long-time Atwater Children's Librarian Donna Weidenmann retires this month, leaving an unmatched legacy of service and dedication to the town and its residents, particularly the children, Town Manager Michael Downes said.
Having served as Atwater Library's Children's Librarian since 2007, she previously served on the staff at Edward Smith Library, beginning in 1987. All told, she is capping off a distinguished 37-year career with the town's library system. Her last day is April 11.
Donna was recently recognized for her service to the Town by the North Branford Town Council, Town Manager Michael Downes, and Library Director Lauren Davis, where she was presented a plaque at the Council's March 19th meeting.
