New North Branford Businesses: Allergen Friendly Bakeshop, Fix-It Shop

Sweet Poppy's Allergen Friendly Bakeshop and WeFixIt! celebrated openings with ribbon cuttings.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT —Have an electronics device on the fritz? They got you.

Love baked goods, but have allergies that keep you from satisfying that sweet tooth? They got you.

Town Manager Michael Downes announced this week that two new businesses have opened in North Branford. Ribbons were cut at Sweet Poppy's Bake Shop and WeFixIt!, a device and electronics repair shop.

"We were thrilled to welcome Sweet Poppy's bakery to North Branford with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting Dec. 7," Downes said. Sweet Poppy's specializes in allergen-free baked goods such as cakes, cupcakes, muffins, and whoopee pies. "Come check them out at their location in the plaza at 1717 Foxon Road."

WeFixIt! is a brand-new device and electronics repair shop.

"If it has a circuit board we'll fix it," owner Dylan Petrarca-Smith said.

"We were pleased to join them for a ribbon-cutting Dec. 7 to celebrate their opening," Downes said.

"Come visit them when your device is on the fritz," Downes said. WeFixIt! is located in the plaza at 1717 Foxon Rd. with Good Vibes Nutrition.
