Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. North Branford police logs, April 30 to May 6: May 4 William Scott Guy, 46, of North Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Michael Mansi, 65, of North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct. Brittany M. Young, 36, of Northford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. May 6 John A. Verab, 48, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
