Frank DeFelice, 52, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, third-degree burglary, third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, third-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, second-degree failure to appear, and violation of probation.
