Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. Gandossy, 68, of North Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear. May 8Kenneth P. Olivo, 60, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
