• Douglas Budd, 63, of North Branford was charged Feb. 15 with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.
• Luigi Cappetta, 51, of North Branford was charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 20.
• Liana Haggery, 18, of North Branford was charged with disorderly conduct Feb. 18.
• Jose Rivera, 36, of New Haven was charged with illegal operation of a vehicle under suspension on Feb. 17
• David Sloane, 32, of Branford was charged Feb. 20 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
