North Branford Scholarship Association Hands Out Record-High 117 Scholarships

On June 5th, the North Branford Scholarship Association celebrated its 50-year anniversary in style by giving out $33,225 in scholarships to 117 graduating seniors, which were both record highs for the organization.

The association, via a press release, thanked the many organizations, families and businesses that donated to the scholarship fund. They also thanked the North Branford High School Class of 2013.

"Thank you all for helping this class be as successful as they are," Stephanie Kilburn, who is part of the North Branford Scholarship Association, said in a press release. "We as townspeople of North Branford should support and be proud of the community we live in."
