6-Year-Old North Haven Boy Looking For A Heart Transplant
Matthew Jacques, a kindergartner at Montowese Elementary School, needs a heart transplant.

Matthew Jacques needs a new heart. Bad.
The Connecticut Post Chronicle reports that the 6-year-old North Haven Resident needs a heart transplant, as he is suffering from Tetralogy of Fallot complicated by pulmonary atresia. Matt is a kindergartner at Montowese Elementary School, and despite his serious illness, he remains positive and talkative.
“He’s a well-behaved, well-mannered and sweet and caring kid,” his teacher, Lara Silvestro, told the newspaper.
