The sales, recorded between late November and early December, show prices mostly in the $320,000 to $550,000 range, based on Zillow data through December 9.
   

• Man, 19, Charged With Risk Of Injury To Minor He Met Online: North Haven Police (patch.com) — North Haven police say a 19-year-old New London man was arrested after allegedly misrepresenting his age and engaging in sexual activity with a local juvenile he met through an online gaming platform. Detectives, working with the Yale Child Study Center, obtained a warrant and charged him with risk of injury to a minor, while urging North Haven families to stay vigilant about online safety.
   

• North Haven Man Charged In DUI Crash That Injured State Trooper In Wallingford: PD (patch.com) — A North Haven resident has been charged after police say his vehicle struck a state trooper’s cruiser on I-91 in Wallingford, sending the trooper to the hospital for evaluation. The driver faces DUI and several traffic-related charges, while police are reminding everyone to slow down and move over for emergency vehicles with lights activated.
