“Lego Robotics Spike Prime” will allow students to understand and apply the engineering design process using the LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime Set. In this program, children will design and build various robots, which will require critical thinking and solving complex problems, while building confidence and having fun. Other activities will include Kiki the Dog Robot, Test Grabber, Prototype Legs for Robot Race, and more.

“Design Thinking & Entrepreneurship – Sneaker Design Challenge” will have children and teachers engage in a co-learning experience as they learn about STEM and design thinking, how to use empathy in design, exercise agency in innovation, and use collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity to prototype a hand-made shoe design and develop a pitch for a potential business idea. Other activities that will take place are a shoe design sprint, rapid prototyping, pitch challenge, and more.
