Amazon Employee Charged In Threat At North Haven Facility: Police
Police responded to a report of a threat involving the potential use of a firearm at the facility in North Haven, according to officials.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — An Amazon employee has been arrested in connection with a threatening incident at the fulfillment center in North Haven, according to police.
Police responded to the Amazon Fulfillment Center at 409 Washington Avenue in North Haven on Feb. 25 on the report of a threat involving the potential use of a firearm, according to police.
Police said patrol officers investigated the incident and determined Amazon employee, 25-year-old Zachary Johnson of New Haven, was responsible.

Johnson was arrested Wednesday on a warrant and charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
“Interviews of the involved parties has determined this was not a random incident, and there is no known threat to the public,” police wrote in a post on Facebook.
