Blue Ribbons, Stars Showing Support For North Haven's Police
One local woman is supporting the local pd with decorations across town.

North Haven, CT - For one local woman, showering North Haven in stars and blue ribbons is her way of supporting the local police force.
Debi Henniger, a Branford resident and former, longtime North Haven resident, decorated Town Hall and the North Haven Police Station with stars and blue ribbons as a show of support during these tumultuous times, The New Haven Register reports.
Henniger, active in the local community, told the paper that her goal is to decorate all the way down Washington Avenue, with the help of others.

The ribbons and stars campaign started in the wake of the deaths of Philando Castile, Alton Sterling and Dallas police officers, the Register reports.
