Jillian M. Ceballos, of North Haven, received a degree from Clark University on May 19. Ceballos graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Ceballos is the recipient of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures' Theodore and Phyllis Barbera Award for Excellence in Spanish.
