North Haven Bar’s Liquor Permit Suspended By State

The business has paid a fine and its permit will be suspended for one day, according to state officials.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Haven sports bar will have its liquor permit suspended for one day later this month, according to the state Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Commission.

TCB Sports Bar, located at 348 Sackett Point Rd., has paid a $750 fine and will have its liquor permit suspended on Jan. 22, according to state records.

The suspension “resolves issues concerning the following statutes or regulations,” according to the liquor control commission: conduct of permit premises – permittee strictly accountable, permittee responsible for actions of employee, or agent, hours and days of closing.
