The winning KENO ticket worth $25,000 was recently sold at a North Haven business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
NORTH HAVEN - A Hamden resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 6, David Martell, of Hamden, purchased a KENO ticket from The Hook and Ladder in North Haven and won $25,000.
