NORTH HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 25, Rasheen Murphy, of New Haven, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from Sam's Food Store in North Haven and won $20,000.
