North Haven Church Asks For Help With Repaving Parking Lot

Officials are asking for help with the parking lot, which they said has been used as a community resource and desperately needs repaving.

The North Haven Congregational Church at 28 Church Street needs their North Haven neighbors help and support from the community to restore and repave the parking lot, which is a Community Resource.

The parking lot is badly in need of repaving and is a significant expense for the church.

The parking lot is used by neighbors and the community for Tuesday night concerts on the green, the Memorial Day Parade, the North Haven Recreation Field/Lacrosse, the Churches of North Haven Food Bank, the Masonic Lodge, Town Annex overflow parking, as well as community groups and clubs meeting in church spaces including the Girl Scouts and many other groups.

Donations can be made via check, made payable to North Haven Congregational Church.

Mail to 28 Church Street, North Haven, CT 06473, or donations can be dropped off in the donation box at the edge of parking lot near the corner of the church building. Donations can also be made at the church's website northhavenucc.org.
