North Haven HS Lacrosse Team Holds Used Clothing Drive

From North Haven High School:

The girls’ lacrosse team is holding a used clothing drive fundraiser on Saturday, April 23 from noon to 2 p.m. at North Haven High School. Donations must be placed in well-tied, sturdy, plastic bags, and shoes must be separately bagged. The girls' lacrosse team will receive funds based on the total number of pounds collected.

Acceptable items include usable and wearable clothing for men, women and children as well as shoes. The team is also accepting blankets, bedspreads, comforters, quilts, sheets and pillows, towels and bath rugs, table clothes, drapery and curtains as well as fabric kitchen and bath accessories. Purses and handbags, backpacks, briefcases, belts, hats and gloves, scarves and ties and baby accessories may also be donated. Donations of soft toys (e.g. stuffed animals and rag dolls), hard toys (e.g. cars, trucks and airplanes), action figures, dolls, doll houses, children's activity sets and toys no larger than 24 by 24 by 21 will also be accepted.
