NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Haven resident recently won $26,000 on a winning lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The resident won $26,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Jerry's Pizza &amp; Bar at 635C South Main St. in Middletown, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
