Obituary: James Donald Fahy, 39, Of North Haven

James was a greatly charitable and kind soul who would always lend a helping hand to those in need. He worked for Amazon in Wallingford.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — (From North Haven Funeral Home): James Donald Fahy, 39, passed away unexpectedly on April 20, 2024. James was a lifetime resident of North Haven and was the beloved son of Stephen and Bonnie Fahy and older brother of William Fahy.

He is predeceased by his Aunt Elizabeth Ann Vorhies and his Aunt Kathy Homa. He leaves behind Charles Wingrove (uncle), Dr. Douglas/Theresa Wingrove (uncle and aunt), Timothy/Stephanie Homa (cousin/wife), Andrew/Gerrianne Vorhies (cousin/wife), Emily Wingrove (cousin), and many other loving friends and family members.

James attended the Sound School in New Haven, and later graduated from Southern Connecticut State University. Most recently, he found great satisfaction during the last 5 years driving tractor trailers for the TOM Team at Amazon in Wallingford, CT.

James was a greatly charitable and kind soul who would always lend a helping hand to those in need. He enjoyed the outdoors, routinely hiking, and swimming for exercise. He was an avid gamer and hobbyist, belonging to the LoTD guild. He enjoyed playing Dungeons and Dragons, tabletop games, anime, manga, audiobooks, attending anime/comic conventions, and enjoying the company of his friends.
