• Dog Needs New Home After Owner Dies Suddenly: North Haven Animal Control (patch.com) — North Haven Animal Control is seeking a loving home for JD, an 11-year-old dog whose owner died suddenly in town, leaving her alone for an extended time. Staff report she is spayed, current on vaccines, and has normal senior-dog bloodwork. Residents are encouraged to contact the North Haven Animal Shelter to give her a comfortable, caring home for her remaining years.
