The winning ticket was sold at Jerry's Pizza & Bar in Middletown, and the winner’s identity remains confidential under Connecticut’s updated lottery privacy law.

After employees shared a vehicle description and possible links to other thefts, officers identified suspects from East Hartford and New Britain, who were later arrested on separate dates and charged with fourth-degree larceny and attempted larceny.
