
Anthony “Tony” Cataldo, age 91, of Norwalk, died peacefully at Griffin Hospital in Derby on October 6, 2011. He was the loving husband of the late Rose Correnty Cataldo.
Tony was born in Fairfield on June 22, 1920, son of the late Angelo and Gregoria Turzerra Cataldo and had lived in Norwalk for most of his life. He was retired from Traynor Motors where he held the position of “Ambassador” for many years. Tony and Rose were longtime members and neighbors of St. Matthew Church and were involved in many church activities. They were the perfect team, both very generous with their time, and will be dearly missed by all who knew them. In addition to his many friends, Tony is survived by several nieces and nephews.
