“While I in no way anticipated that I might be receiving an award, I was honored to accept it as a recognition that my contributions are noticed and appreciated,” Joe Mann said, on being presented the award by CHC/ACT CEO Shawn Frick.

“I’ve served on the NCHC Board for so long because I care about my community and everyone that is a part of it,” Mann added. “I believe that everyone should have access to quality healthcare without regard to their financial situation. I am grateful for the existence of NCHC and committed to doing all that I can to assure that it is providing the very best healthcare to its patients. We have a great group of people through which all of our success is achieved, and I am just grateful to be a part of the team.”
