Dates Announced For Norwalk Police Stuff-A-Cruiser Holiday Toy Drive Events
Police officers will be stationed at the following locations in Norwalk to collect new unwrapped toys for local families in need.
NORWALK, CT — The Norwalk Police Department announced Tuesday the kickoff of its annual holiday stuff-a-cruiser toy drive set to begin later this week.
According to a news release provided by the department, this yearly effort directly supports local families in need, as all toys and gifts collected are distributed at the department's annual Kids Christmas Party and are also delivered to families and community organizations throughout Norwalk during the holiday season.
Officers will be stationed at the locations listed below from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to collect new unwrapped toys:

- Friday, November 28 - Walmart (650 Main Avenue)
- Saturday, November 29 - Walmart (650 Main Avenue)
- Sunday, November 30 - Walmart (650 Main Avenue)
- Friday, December 5 - Walmart (650 Main Avenue)
- Saturday, December 6 - TJ MAXX (330 Connecticut Avenue)
- Sunday, December 7 - Walmart (650 Main Avenue)
"The Norwalk Police Department appreciates the ongoing generosity of the community and looks forward to another successful season of giving," Police Lt. Tomasz Podgorski said in a news release.
