Edward G. Clune, 74, Lifetime Norwalk Resident

Edward G. Clune,  age 74, lifelong resident of Norwalk, died on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Norwalk Hospital.  Born in Norwalk, the son of the late Edward and Genevieve (Gaudette) Clune, he was the beloved husband and soul mate of Helen (Ludlow) for 51 years.   

When he wasn’t at home spending time with his family and dogs, he and Helen enjoyed boating and fishing on Long Island Sound. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 3 daughters; Cheryl Siciliano and her husband Thomas, Michelle Mariani and her husband John, and Suzanne Cruickshank and her husband John, 8 cherished grandchildren; Michael, David and Paul, Brian and Sami and Mackenzie, John and Genevieve and a sister Janet Schwartz.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM on Friday, June 22, at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave, Norwalk. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  For info or online guestbook, please go to: Magnerfuneralhome.com
