Fire Breaks Out At Garage Repair Shop, Nearby Sheds In Norwalk: FD

Fire officials said the blaze broke out in a garage that was set up as a repair shop, as well as two nearby storage sheds.

NORWALK, CT — Firefighters extinguished a structure fire that broke out in a garage repair shop and two nearby storage sheds Friday afternoon on North Taylor Avenue, according to fire officials.

In a news release, Deputy Fire Chief Steve Shay said crews received a report of a garage set up as a repair shop and two adjacent storage sheds on fire around 1 p.m.

Crews quickly extinguished the fire, Shay said. No injuries were reported.
