'Hate Incident' Under Investigation In Norwalk: Police

NORWALK, CT — Police are "actively investigating a hate incident" Wednesday morning in the area of City Hall in Norwalk, according to the department.

In a news release, Deputy Chief of Operations Terrence Blake said combined dispatch received reports Wednesday morning of paper flyers scattered around several streets in the area.

According to Blake, the flyers "contain prejudicial messaging against certain cultures and religions in various languages."
