Henry Bumbolow, 99, Safety Engineer

Henry D. Bumbolow, husband of the late Annmarie (McCarthy) Bumbolow, age 99 of Norwalk passed away on Feb. 13, 2015 in Norwalk Hospital. Henry was born in New York on Sept. 15, 1915, son to the late Dominick and Theresa (Barbuzza) Bumbolow. Henry was a Safety Engineer for Chub and Son for over 40 years. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Anthony of Padua, Bronx, NY and a Certified Safety Professional.

Henry is survived by a son, Thomas and wife Mary Jane, a daughter Terry Bumbolow, 5 grandchildren, Christopher Falcone and wife Kristen, Terence Falcone and wife Tricia, Tracy Bumbolow, Marybeth Falcone - Farrell and husband Ryan, Tom Bumbolow and wife Kim, 11 great grandchildren, Cameron, Annabelle, Sarah, Carson, Matthew, Tasia, Julianna, Evan, Kayla, Daniel, Thomas and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a son Richard and brothers Joseph, Thomas, Frank and Bill, sisters Rose Frino, May Bisagna and Anne Simone.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 669 West Ave., Norwalk. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 W. Stevens Ave., Hawthorne, NY. Henry’s family will receive friends at The Magner Funeral Home. 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.
