NORWALK, CT - A Norwalk resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 29, Peter Madaffari, of Norwalk, purchased a 20X Cash 6th Edition ticket from the Hills Confectionery in Norwalk and won $20,000.
