NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk resident is $26,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket at an area business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Wednesday, the resident purchased a winning "KENO" ticket at Belltown Superette in Stamford and won $26,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
