NORWALK, CT — Recent death notices from Norwalk.

Charles William DeLong Sr., 99, formerly of Norwalk: Charles was a member of the Bricklayers Association and VFW, and enjoyed his daily coffee outings with friends “The Luncheonette Gang” at Bagel King.

Lawrence Whitney, 58, of Norwalk: Larry worked for Interstate Lumber for many years, also working in the bowling industry, and was an avid sports fan. He especially enjoyed bowling, softball and NASCAR.

Antonette Maria Fratino, 101, of Norwalk: A woman of many talents, Antonette enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking, and playing bocce. She proudly served as captain of the St. Ann's Club Ladies Auxiliary Bocce team for several years.

Galene Apazidis Papadopoulos, 73, of Norwalk: Born in Agios Lukas, Greece on August 15, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Panagiotis and Elisavet Apazidis, sister to Sophia Apazidis Lambaditis and husband Aris Lambaditis and sister to Gus Apazidis.
