Catherine Ruggiano, 84, died on Mar. 2, 2025, at Norwalk Hospital; a Norwalk High School and Catherine Gibbs graduate, she was a devoted wife to Giovanni (John) Ruggiano for 57 years, a woman of faith at St. Mary Church, an avid reader, and a dedicated patron of the Norwalk Public Library who found joy in time spent with family.

Johanna Muro, 101, died on Feb. 25, 2025, at Norwalk Hospital; born in Yugoslavia on June 15, 1923, she was a Norwalk resident since 1956, a member of the Columbiettes, and found enjoyment in gardening and caring for her grandchildren.

Jennie G. Vagnone, 88, died on Feb. 22, 2025, at home; she worked for 20 years as a unit secretary for hemodialysis at Norwalk Hospital and enjoyed the outdoors, long walks on the beach, Italian music, and dancing.

Marie Princieuse Francois, 83, died on Feb. 19, 2025, in Las Vegas, NV; born in Trouin, Haiti, on May 9, 1941, she spent most of her life in CT, worked as a nurse’s aide at Fairfield Manor until retirement, and was a devout Christian who regularly attended church services.

John J. Zullo Jr., 76, died on Feb. 22, 2025, at Norwalk Hospital; a talented drummer who played in several bands in the ’80s, a devoted New York Yankees fan, and a longtime plumbing associate at Home Depot for 30 years, where he valued his work and friendships.
