SCORE & GNC Partner on Successful AI Workshop in Norwalk
Nearly Forty Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners Attend Event

Nearly forty local entrepreneurs and small business owners attended an Artificial Intelligence: Is Your Business in Trouble? workshop co-produced by SCORE Fairfield County and the Greater Norwalk Chamber (GNC) on Friday, April 4th. The breakfast event was held at the Frank C. Godfrey American Legion Post 12 in Norwalk.
With Artificial intelligence (AI) transforming businesses of all sizes at an unprecedented pace, the workshop conducted by SCORE mentor Bud Freund focused on helping attendees address whether they and their businesses are ready to harness its power and navigate its complexities.
Looking to cut through the hype while providing practical strategies for local-area businesses, the 90-minute workshop reached into the real-world implications of AI as it also explored potential benefits, challenges, and everything in between. Between Mr. Freund’s enlightening presentation and the spirited, and at times humorous Q&A session which followed, attendees gained valuable insights into the latest AI trends and their impact on businesses and actionable strategies that they could immediately implement.
