Norwalk, CT – Connecticut State Representative Tracy Marra (R-141) has officially endorsed Vinny Scicchitano in his campaign for Mayor of Norwalk, citing his deep community roots and commitment to public service as key reasons for her support.
"Vinny is a lifelong Norwalker, a successful small business owner, and someone who's always put his community first," Marra said. "He's not a career politician—he's a neighbor who wants to serve. That's exactly what Norwalk needs right now."

Marra, who has represented the 141st District, which includes Darien and Rowayton since 2023, is known for her bipartisan approach. Her focus has been on local issues such as education, public health, and transportation. She has been a strong advocate for public safety, small businesses, and transparent governance.
Scicchitano, a Republican and longtime owner of an East Norwalk auto repair shop, launched his campaign earlier this year with a focus on restoring trust in City Hall, bringing fiscal responsibility back to local government, and ensuring development works for the people, not the other way around.
"I'm honored to have Representative Marra’s support," Scicchitano said. "She's a strong voice for local control and real solutions, and I look forward to working with her to bring that same approach to Norwalk."
