NORWICH - A Norwich resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 29, Gail Stamos, of Norwich, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Cumberland Farms in Norwich and won $10,000.
