ORANGE, CT - A Shelton resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Orange earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 13, the big winner from Shelton, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from Munim Enterprises in Orange and won $30,000.
