On Saturday evening, November 9th, 2024 the Orange Players celebrated 50 years of entertainment and contributions to the Orange community. Founded in 1974, the organization has brought drama, comedy and music to the town and surrounding area as well as supporting many other community groups. In recognition of fifty years of success the Orange Board of Selectmen issued a proclamation naming November 9th, 2024 as "Orange Players Day".
