Paula Clark, 73 of Milford, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025 while surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 5, 1952 in Milford, CT she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Stella Ballas. She was the beloved wife of 50 years to Paul Clark.
A resident of West Haven, Milford, Killingworth, and Hamden Paula met her husband through friends at Jimmy’s at Savin Rock , where they felt an instant connection. A few years later, they married and embarked on a six-week cross-country honeymoon in a sleeper van, eager to explore and see if there might be another place to call home. After countless adventures on the open road, they realized that Southern Connecticut was where their hearts truly belonged. Returning home, they adopted their first dog Olympia and began the next great journey… raising a family together.
Paula earned her bachelor’s degree in special education and worked with children before later transitioning to a career as a mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service. Dedicated to her community, she volunteered for the Census, the Girl Scouts Cookie Cupboard, and many other local organizations over the years.

In addition to her beloved husband Paul, Paula is survived by their four children: Dawn Jenci, Kimberly Clark, Nicole Clark, and Craig Clark. Seven grandchildren: Stella, Michael, Charlie, Addie, Arlo, Lila, and Lou. As well as many additional family and friends.
