Prime 16 in Orange to Open Soon

Prime 16's new Orange location at 464 Boston Post Road is poised to open in the coming weeks.

"Work on the outside of the building has begun," reads a Saturday post on the restaurant's Facebook page. "We're getting close to announcing an opening date."

That announcement was confirmed Monday by an on-site worker who said the restaurant would probably open in a few weeks.

The renovation process has been gaining steam recently. Photos of the ongoing changes, which include the installation of 30 – count 'em 30 – taps of craft beer, can be viewed here.

According to the Facebook page, the Orange site will be twice the size of Prime 16's New Haven location. Take a look at the New Haven restaurant's menu here.

And it seems there are plenty of jobs still available at the Boston Post Road location, as a large sign in front advertises openings for kitchen workers, servers, bartenders and hosts.
