Building Moratorium Approved In Ridgefield: Report
A six-month pause on most larger developments has been approved in Ridgefield, according to a report.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Beginning June 1, there will be a six-month moratorium or pause on most development in town, the Ridgefield Press reported.
Large-scale commercial and residential developments are part of the moratorium. Affordable housing applications are immune to the moratorium due to the state's affordable housing statute.
