Eversource Work Prompts Closure In Ridgefield

Town officials said the closure will run through Friday.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Town of Ridgefield, CT said Eversource begins work on the substation near the Rail Trail Prospect Street entrance this week and the trail will be closed at the entrance on Prospect Street up to Halpin Lane starting through Friday May 9.

Pedestrians may enter at Halpin Lane and head towards Ivy Hill Road. Signs will be in place for guidance.
