Expect Closures on Grove Street, Ledges Road Tuesday

Ridgefield Highway Department crews will be tearing up the asphalt on Grove Street and Ledges Road Tuesday ahead of repaving and will have to close portions of those throughways for part of the day.

Workers will be milling Grove Street, from Route 35 to Old Quarry Road, starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to The Ridgefield Press, and plan to move on to Ledges Road after noon.

Thru-traffic will be restricted during the closures but local residents, employees and shoppers will be able to get through (though expect delays).
