Dr. Henry Seemann filed the suit against the Town of Ridgefield on June 24 and is arguing that his lease was unfairly terminated.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The former operator of the Ridgefield Golf Course restaurant and concession stand is suing the Town of Ridgefield for more than $15,000 claiming his lease was unfairly terminated, according to The News Times.

Dr. Henry Seemann filed the suit on June 24, the report stated, and Seemann is arguing that the town did not fulfill requirements of the lease that gave him the right to renew.

Patch reported in March that a new food vendor, Marshall Odeen and his partner John Lloyd, owners of "Odeen's at Ridgefield Golf Course," were selected in February and began operations in March.
