New Mexican-Themed Restaurant Planned for Ridgefield: Report
A Mexican-themed restaurant is in the works for a downtown storefront.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Plans for a new Mexican-themed restaurant in downtown Ridgefield have been confirmed by the Ridgefield Press Tuesday. The Press reports that Bob Sperry, the co-owner of Ridgefield Prime and Prime Burger, confirmed plans for Prime Taco to be located downtown.
The report indicates that Prime Taco is expected to be open in the late. summer, either in late August or early September.
The location of the new eatery has not been revealed yet. Customers will order at the register and have food delivered to their tables. There will be a create-your-own option as well, Sperry told the Ridgefield Press.
