Optimistic About Greek Yogurt

Street is optimistic about June weather, Greek yogurt and salad.

After Monday's morning downpour, Bouton put tables on the sidewalk.

"I'm very optimistic. It's June weather. The sun is out. It's good for the yogurt business," Bouton said.

Inside the yogurt business at 424 Main St., the finishing touches are being put on a new fresh chopped salad bar and a new Greek yogurt bar.

The business is two years old and growing.
