Ridgefield Election Results 2025: Voters Weigh In On $77M Public Safety Building
Ridgefield residents cast their ballots for several key local races on Election Day. Here are the latest results.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Voters have once again shot down plans for a new Public Safety Building with a hefty price tag, according to the latest projections tabulated on the Secretary of the State's website.
The $77.4 million facility would house both police and fire departments, and was touted as a "forever building" by town officials. The plan represented a scaled-back version of a design presented earlier this year that was reduced by about $8 million through design changes and site adjustments. But voters at the polls Tuesday still found the price tag too rich.
The votes are being counted, and we'll have live results throughout the night. Keep checking back for the latest results and projected winners in key races.
