Ridgefield First Selectmen Rudy Marconi Not Ruling Out Governor Bid
Marconi explored a run at state office in 2010.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — After exploring a possible run for Governor in 2010, Ridgefield First Selectmen Rudy Marconi is not ruling out a possible second look at the state's highest office during the upcoming election cycle.
In an interview with the HAN Network's Kate Czaplinski, Marconi said that he has been asked by several people if it is something he would consider. Marconi said that following his formation of an exploratory committee in 2010, he is aware of what the governor's office entails.
"I am thinking," Marconi said."I don't know if my wife, if she's watching, would appreciate it."
