Ridgefield Man Raising Funds For Wounded Vets: Report
The man has a fundraising goal of $15,000. Here is how you can help.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — A local man is raising funds in order to help wounded veterans and the disabled through team sports. Ciaran Carruthers has set a fundraising goal of $15,000 to support World TEAM Sports, reports the Ridgefield Press.
The avid mountain biker Carruthers is switching to World TEAM Sports after fundraising for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for 11 years.
With the support of Ridgefield Police Dispatcher Bill Browning, Carruthers has participated in two WTS events including a two-day road bicycle ride from Washington D.C. to Gettysburg, PA.
