Ridgefield Police: Cell Phone, Suspended License

Ridgefield police stopped a man for talking on a cell phone while driving, and then discovered he was driving with a suspended license.

Ridgefield Police pulled over Justin Vogel, 30, of Rochambeau Avenue, Ridgefield, at 7:22 a.m. Tuesday for a cell phone violation on Danbury Road, and then discovered he was driving with a suspended license. Vogel was charged with driving with a cell phone without using a hands-free device and driving with a suspended license. He was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 18.

This information was provided by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
